Project Managers (Full-Time)

Job description

Perform analysis of data requirements to create:
  • design specifications
  • functional documentation
  • corresponding work estimate
  • Coordinate communication plans for multiple projects
  • Allocate and direct staff and other resources to accomplish project tasks
  • Manage project schedules
  • Act as team's primary interface to IT and Business Partners
  • Assist in problem solving & trouble shooting, as well as production support & maintenance of client applications
  • Work with multiple teams and report to technical leads
  • Possess ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry leaders
  • Develop, administer and monitor the project plans, costs and budgets
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years development experience in an IT industry
  • Broad-based, cross-functional IT experience in application development and interface design is essential
  • AExcellent analysis and problem solving skills
  • Must work well in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical knowledge of Asp.Net , Sql server, Sharepoint would be an added advantage

Book Keeper (Full-Time)

Job description
  • Weekly / monthly / yearly bookkeeping & accounting requirements
  • Banking / bank deposits
  • Daily office administration
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Advise management on needed actions
  • Maintain financial transactions and chart of accounts bookkeeping policies and procedures
  • Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
  • Balance accounts by reconciling entries
  • Maintain general ledger
  • Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance reconciling entries
  • Maintain all records and documents via scanning & filing system
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years previous bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Outlook
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have worked within a team environment
